Gemma is the founder of design collective Five10. Trained as a designer at the BBC she started out in their '360 creativity' team creating online promotions and interactive TV adverts.

She is an all-round creative with over 8 years branding and design experience in Dubai and London. As well as brand creation and collateral design she is passionate about the thinking behind the design, facilitating creative content and structure workshops with clients to help them understand the Why as well as the How.
